This "bargain hunters" section is for those wishing to own or retire on a nice piece of property or real estate in the Society Islands of French Polynesia, but are on a tighter budget than our more affluent investment seekers. (We are sympathetic to the fact that not many people can afford to buy their own private island or have several million dollars to invest.)

This section lists ALL OUR PROPERTIES UNDER $ 1,000,000 US dollars. (1 million)

(Therefore, please NOTE that this ALSO means ALL THE LISTINGS on ALL our OTHER PAGES are OVER 1 MILLION DOLLARS!)

We do this simply to "keep it real" for our less affluent websurfers who may have grandiose visions of owning a spectacular French Polynesian property but more than likely can't really afford it. (Although we certainly encourage you to dream of owning your own private island, until you win the lottery, this page lists the properties that may work better for you... )

Location, Location, Location!
You can't get a much better location and living situation on Bora bora than this. Peacefully situated in a residential area, the driveway entrance is off a small dirt road just off the mountain side of the main paved circle island road. The house is only 90 meters away from the pristine lagoon.

1 km "up the road" is the world famous white sand Matira beach- and go another 3 km from there and you're in the island's main town and business center of Vaitape.

Just "down the road" 300 meters in the other direction and you can enjoy a cold one for lunch or have dinner at the Island's most famous landmark, Bloody Mary's Restaurant.
